"Let me tell you about how we discovered Neat Transitions and its owner, Kellie Ryan. We anticipated retiring within two months and had always planned to move back to New Mexico (where we had raised our family) which meant a major downsizing after 20 years of collecting art and storing our three adult childrens’ many childhood memories. We bought the perfect small home (1800 square feet) in New Mexico on an internet search and we were ready to move forward with next steps. We hired a trusted realtor to help us prepare our Michigan home for sale and the first thing I asked was, “Who can you recommend to help us sort through all our things so that we take with us to New Mexico only what we need?” Without hesitation she heartily recommended Kellie Ryan with Neat Transitions. I called Kellie that very day. Kellie arrived at the house looking fresh, rested, crisply stylish with a huge smile across her face. After describing her services and fee structure and a bit about herself and her experience, we toured our 4,000 square feet of living space, finished basement which had served as apartment for my mother and three car garage discussing in each room what would be staying and what would be going. We hired Kellie on the spot and she started working with us the next day. We needed her to prioritize the workload and delegate the work that required our personal decision-making.
